Returns

At Pawfect Haven, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pet hygiene or grooming products that have been opened
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

Return Process

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
